Branding Iron Butcher Shop is a family-owned business serving customers
with integrity through transparency.
We opened in the Summer of 2021 to offer premier meat processing services for Montana producers, to sell quality meat products that support sustainable agriculture for local ranchers and to provide added food security for the Tobacco Valley.

We also offer a menu of tasty selections, a smokehouse and retail products.

Ron Byrum is a Navy special operations veteran and firefighter who earned an MBA from Colorado Technical University. His forward aim is: "to continually make things better and encourage others to succeed."
Byrum's connection to the production and slaughter of meat began when he lived off the grid in Missouri. He's been trained in butchering hogs and is passionate about growing his art of 'meat-smithing'.
Ron is wholeheartedly committed to serving customers with excellence through safe meat processing and quality retail products.
